I just wanted to know if you do anything special to master your tracks to make them sound better. I tried tackling mastering on my own, but it seems like there is just so much to know. So do you have any tips or advice for mastering?
Thanks!

It's actually very simple: Take three tracks you think sound the fattest. They will be your reference tracks.
Now, try and figure a way to include them in your DAW, or in your track but make sure they are NOT going through your
master output channel!
Try to switch between those tracks and your tracks to hear the difference in an instant. Just by using EQ on your master
output (before the signal hits your end limiter), and trying to match your EQ to the reference tracks will make you
a good master.
If your track sounds similar to the reference tracks EQ-wise, you know your track will sound fat everywhere!
